Good Moring,
Today I am excited to share that I won a National Scrapbook Day Challenge for Die Cuts at Scrapbook.com . This is the layout that won it for it me and you can find more about it here: Easter Egg Die Cuts…..
Today I received my prize pack that encompassed a $25.00 gift certificate to their store along with $100 worth of product from Lawn Fawn, Waffle Flower, Technique Tuesday and Art Impressions. I thought I would share a quick video so others could see how generous the prize packs are from Scrapbook.com
If you have not been on Scrapbook.com I suggest taking a stroll through their site. They have an extensive gallery of many different styles and interests along with forums (under the “more” tab), free classes, a store and much more.
Again I share about them just because I think their site would be of benefit.
Thanks you for following along with me.
Until next time….
Congratulations! That layout is amazing! I can’t believe how much work you put into the eggs, flowers, and butterflies.

Oh thank you so much for your kind words! I did the cuts on the cameo, I can’t imagine doing them manually, but it was just one of those things that just snow balled. Thanks so much for coming by and leaving such a kind comment.

Thanks, Nancee! I thought of your wonderful coloring and all your cute stamps when I received ,my prize pack. There are so many cute stamps with coloring opportunities but I so need practice. I have no skill.

It just takes practice. I have been taking some classes from Kit and Clowder and one of things she keep saying is that it just takes practice. Everyone is at different levels but the only way to improve your coloring is to practice. I agree with her. I have seen my coloring evolve so much over the past couple of years due to practice. I know you can do it too!

Well your coloring skills are amazing. I have to practice but it is hard, I think I am still scared by my 2nd grade teacher who said I lack coloring skills. 🙂

Oh my. You would not believe it but I have heard that from a lot of people over the past couple of months. Even Alyce who teaches the Kit and Clowder was told that. Her coloring is amazing! You should just jump right in and color. I just found the first Copic image that I ever colored. Wow has my coloring changed and all it took was practice!

Thanks for the encouragement Nancee, I am glad I am not the only who was marked down for coloring in school! I seriously thought it was just me. How awesome there is a teacher who overcame the very thing she teaches. I will start to practice on this super fun stamp I received in the pack from Art Impressions. Its the Yoga Yoland set talking about balancing chocolate in one hand. Hee! Ha! Ha! 🙂
